UIC Orientation sessions for transfer and readmit students for Summer 2019 occur between May 29th - July 29th. Not all dates are available to students in all academic programs.
Check-in for this program begins at 7:45am-8:15am in Student Center East (SCE) located at 750 S. Halsted St. Please follow the signs and Orientation Leaders to the check-in location. If driving, please plan accordingly with Chicago traffic. The closest parking structure is the Halsted Street Parking Structure (760 W. Taylor St) which costs $13 per day.
Transfer and readmit students will be assessed a fee of $75 for each student and $75 for each family member or guest. Fees will post to your account in late summer to avoid mid-summer financial aid conflicts when trying to register for classes. Please plan accordingly for this charge to post to your account prior to your start at UIC.
If you are in need of financial assistance, we offer a limited number of discounts to those attending. Please visit the Resources tab on our website to access the Orientation Fee Discount Form.
